Golden Circle

Our popular Golden Circle tour offers a unique opportunity
to discover and experience some of Iceland’s most reputed historical landmarks
and natural phenomenon.

During the tour, you will amongst other visits the Geysir the geothermal area with its regularly erupting hot springs, Gullfoss the
magnificent Golden Waterfall and Thingvellir National Park which holds a special place in the heart of all Icelanders and is on the UNESCO World
Heritage List based on its historical, geological and cultural importance.

Day 1 Reykjavik to Torfastaðir (bus transfer)
Pick-up at 18:00
Bus transfer to Torfastaðir Guesthouse, where we settle in.

Day 2 Torfastaðir - Sel

Day 3 Sel - Myrkholt

Day 4 Myrkholt - Helgaskali

Day 5 Helgaskali to Holaskogur

Day 6 Holaskogur - Minni-Vellir

Bus back to Reykjavik in the evening.

ACCOMMODATION 

Shared rooms in simple mountain cabins and sleeping bag accommodation during the ride. Please bring your own sleeping bag

WHAT IS INCLUDED

• Bus transfer or a flight from Reykjavík to the farm.  
• During the ride full board is provided. Our menu consists of a large breakfast and traditional Icelandic meals (fish or lamb). Vegetarian meals are available if requested when booking. All riders make their own packed lunch from the breakfast table. 
• Alcoholic beverages are not included in the tour price.
• Rainwear, water bottle, saddlebag, a riding helmet is included

ATTENTION

• Individual travel insurance is not included in the tour price. We encourage clients to obtain relevant travel insurance before visiting Iceland.
• Flight to and from Iceland is not included
• Please bring your own sleeping bag with you on the tour
• Bring bags rather than hard cover suitcases.
